A sunlit escape to Byron Bay, peony muses Georgia and Nicola filled their suitcases for a weekend spent lounging beneath the palm trees. Below, holiday moments captured on film from a dream stay at Raes Guesthouses, while soaking in every last drop of summer.
A sun-soaked guide of where to swim, dine and explore.
SWIMMING
Take your pick of pool or beach. Mornings were typically spent with a short stroll to Wategos Beach for a refreshing ocean dip. In the afternoons we found ourselves sipping cocktails poolside back at Raes Guesthouses, the perfect sanctuary to relax and unwind.
DINING
After a day in the sun there's nothing more we looked forward to than a glass of rosé and bowl of chippies. Raes Cellar Bar is the perfect spot with a curated beverage list and snacks to tide you over before dinner all while taking in the stunning views. For a beautiful dining experience make a booking for Raes Dining Room, this just upstairs from the Cellar Bar, serving modern Australian cuisine with a Mediterranean influence. *Insert chef's kiss*
